The owner was very polite. There were small treats as a welcoming gesture.
The water pressure and the wifi could be a bit better. Overall a great experience, although it is a bit away from the city center.

The owner is very sweet and easy to communicate with. Free snacks :)
The studio is right on the street which is a busy car street. It’s a ground floor apartment so you can hear everyone who walks by your space. If you don’t have a car, I would not recommend this place for seeing Volos. The studio isn’t actually in the Volos municipality, it’s just outside.

The communication and the help from the host was great . There was nothing that we needed and we couldn't find in the house. It was very clean.
The location and the neighborhood was not the expected. There was a feeling that it wasn't a real house .. more like a store or an office transformed to appartement.
