"Perfect place to stay."

It had absolutely everything necessary for a stay: pots, pans, cups, cutlery, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, dishwasher. Apartment was spotless and so quiet. In a perfect location, short walking distance to all the major attractions. Much better than staying in a hotel. We booked 2 hours before arrival and the host was fast responding and got us checked in straight away. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect.

Fräscht, centralt, modernt. Natalya som mötte oss var supertrevlig och gav bra tips. Välutrustat kök, skön säng, AC funkade bra. Fanns verkligen ingenting att klaga på.

Beautiful building and apartment. Host was a lovely guy and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for anything more; it was such a lovely city break. Would highly recommend The Hiking House.

"Very comfortable and enjoyable"

It was beautiful. Great location. Even though our bus ended up being 3 hours late the very gracious host personally met us and introduced us to the property and told us where was good to go and where not to go.

Very nice apartment that had everything. Location was superb for restaurants, cafes and bars. Very clean. Close to train station and port. Great to have English speaking TV channel.

"Perfect location near the port/old town/shops/artisan places."

We had a great stay at the Hiking House. Host Mike awaited us to hand over the keys. The building is stylish with many original features (1930s?). The apartment was comfortable and the sofa bed was perfectly fine for the second person. Many kitchen cooking amenities, coffee/tea, cleaning stuff all provided. Perfect location within walking distance of the port/old town/shopping/many artisan places. I’d stay there again!
