Room was clean, everything worked properly, the hotel staff were extremely kind and informative. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. They gave us tips on how to plan our days to make the most of Ninh Binh. Property is 10-15 min ride to each major destination in Ninh Binh.

La dueña y el personal fueron super amables y atentos! Tienen la cocina abierta todo el tiempo, y al tener chicos, es genial poder contar con eso. Muy cómodo tener la piscina para los chicos, pedir comida para ellos a cualquier hora y alquiler de bicicletas todo al alcance de la mano. La locación es muy buena para hacer base y visitar en bicicleta o moto varios puntos de interés en Trang An. A Tam Coc se llega bien en Grab. A nosotros nos gustó más la tranquilidad de Trang An. La ambientación a la noche es espectacular! La piscina muy bien mantenida!

Lovely kind staff, very good with our kids, supplying our son with endless bananas! Beautiful area, lying by the pool surrounded by limestone peaks. Really near an amazing cave tour. Lovely layout, with individual rooms set in nature surrounding the pool. The family are very kind and our daughter really enjoyed playing with one of the girls. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we stayed at in Vietnam. The location is absolutely wonderful — truly a little piece of paradise. The food was excellent, and I especially loved the traditional Vietnamese vegetable soup, which I ate every single day. Everyone there was so kind, smiling, and always willing to help with anything we needed. During our stay, we joined day trips, rented bicycles, relaxed by the sunbeds, and the staff also helped arrange our transport from the accommodation to the airport in Hanoi. They even gave us water and some snacks for the journey, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The only downside was the construction happening right next to the property, which created constant noise and unfortunately affected the experience a bit. Aside from that, everything was amazing, and I would still highly recommend this place.
