"Disappointing"

No toilet paper No soap wash No coffee or tea Took me over an hour to get in because I was not sent a QR CODE by their incompetent I. And when I still want to exit I have the same problem. Worst experience iv ever has and it's supposed to be Zimbali I'd rather stay on overpoort

As above Never book through them again because their name means nothing . Will never look for a cheap deal again
