Waschmaschine und Trockner haben nicht funktioniert; Sofabett hat schlechte Qualität, Klimaanlage sehr laut; hoher Preis, aber das ist halt Miami Beach

Great place to stay , the corner suites are amazing, has incredible views and are very spacious ,good fitness center, 2 pools albeit they are not big ,right on the beach

My only issue was , the last day i wanted to extend for another 3 days ,there wasn't any corner suites available , the receptionist told me not to book yet ,i had an ocean view available at booking.com , in the afternoon , maybe i wouldn't need to change the apt , i kept waiting for the whole day ti'll mid night when the other guy told me they were fully booked , the next day they told me i would have to change for a regular room , the price would be $200 more that i paid per night at the corner suites ,i found this very tricky and decided to go to another hotel

Die Lage

Völlig abgewohnt, wer gern in einer Jugendherberge wohnt zum Preis einer Luxuswohnung wohnt ist hier genau richtig. Dreckig, blätternde Farbe, angeranzte Möbel, alte Hausgeräte und Schimmel in der Dusche. Poolbereich ungepflegt Personal höflich, aber teilnahmslos. Wir haben direkt nach Ankunft die Mängel in der Wohnung reklamiert. Man versprach sich zu kümmern. Wir mussten mehrfach nachfragen(von allein hat sich niemand gemeldet) - eine Lösung gab es nicht. Empfehlung: vor Bezahlung erst die Wohnung anschauen.

La no respuesta del anfitrión , ya había consultado específicamente tema black out del dormitorio y me contestaron que si tenía , pero la realidad era otra , tenía pero por mal colocación no cumplía su función lo que fue muy molesto ? Ante mi reclamo no tuve respuesta NADA pero cuando solicité un late check out automáticamente me respondieron , es decir para problemas no estamos para cobrar si, adjunto foto de la habitación con black out

Très belle vue, appartement propre bien équipé, très fonctionnelle, très belle et grande terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Miami
