Everything else.starting from its name,even its name was not what was mentioned on the booking.com site.rooms awful,hot,bunk beds in bedroom along with double bed so little space for anything else.air conditioning not working,living space(hall)ac hardly cooling.kitchen poorly equipped,unclean,refrigerator with leaking interiors,unable to open windows due to monkey menace.so ya ,pretty bad.

I had a completely disappointing experience, and I’m unsure whether the issue was with Booking.com or the property management. Upon my arrival at the property around 4 PM, I was informed that there was no booking under my name, despite having a confirmed reservation. They attempted to relocate me to other places, but none of them were acceptable. After driving over 150 km that day with my family, I was left helpless and struggling to find accommodation at the last minute, especially during peak season. My booking confirmation number is 4959420130, and the PIN code is 8411, with a booking date of December 30th. I have all the confirmed correspondence to support this. I urge you to take steps to ensure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else, regardless of where the fault lies."

Very helpful friendly staff. Close to beach and heaps of places to eat

Breakfast was great! Very close to Turtle beach. Staff was very helpful. Very clean. Very relaxing and calm place.
