My sister and I arrived very late due to a plane delay at Bournemouth. We arrived after 11.30 pm in pouring rain and big wind. We were unable to open the key box as we hadn’t been told to press the buttons on both sides. We phoned/messaged the emergency number but got no response which was disappointing.It was very distressing. Eventually we found the button on the second side.It was after midnight by this time. We had hoped for a response on an emergency line There was no hanging space in the second bedroom which was disappointing.

GBGBWe had a fabulous time and loved the flat. Beautifully presented, well equipped and lovely and warm! Very clear communications about facilities and about what to do when leaving etc. Lovely light spacious flat with stunning views in two directions across harbour and over the Forth. Very quiet, windows well sound proofed. Mattress extremely comfortable.
One small thing, which wasn't a negative but might be worth drawing more attention to in the property website info, is that the main fairly steep stairwell opens directly to the internal landing. It was fine, but for my mum it was a little worrying without a stairgate. Just had to be aware and a little careful crossing the landing.
