Maurizio's Villa

Το δωμάτιο καινούριο και με ωραίο design ηλεκτρικη τεντα και παντζουρια η θεα φανταστικη στο μπροστινο μπαλκονι που βλεπει θαλασσα αλλα και το πισω παραθυρο της κουζινας που βλεπει στο βουνο δημιουργει μια ωραια ατμοσφαιρα. Η επικοινωνία με τον παροχο πολυ καλη, πολυ γρήγορα μας απαντούσε η manager και μας έδωσε λύσεις σε οτι προεκυψε

Η παραλία μπροστά έχει πλάκα στην αρχή της που γλιστράει, αλλά πιο κάτω το πρώτο πεύκο beach bar και το Naomi beach bar ειναι τελεια. Ένιωσα οτι το δωμάτιο είναι λίγο υπερτιμημένο, ίσως αν είχε και ένα πρωινό θα ένοιωθα οτι η τιμη ειναι πιο σωστη

Cel mai frumos view a fost cel de pe terasa. Apoi ne-a placut si faptul ca bucataria a fost echipata cu de toate ca sa ne si gatim cate ceva cat am stat. Livingul si baia foarte spatioase. Plus a ajutat ca ne-a oferit prosoape si asternuturi. Pe plaja au fost si sezlonguri si umbrele incluse de la vila. Foarte de treaba proprietarul. Love it!

Cat am stat noi in vreo 2 zile erau meduze in apa, dar am mers la o alta plaja din apropiere ei am rezolvat problema.

Velaria and Maurizio are wonderful and charming hosts. They were most helpful with recommendations about visiting interesting spots in this part of the Evia. The apartment is located beautifully: over-viewing the sea, beach, and three taverns in the immediate vicinity. The big balcony overlooking the beach is our favorite. We had the most comfortable and pleasant holiday at Maurizio's villa.

Everything was fine. Clean, comfortable, spacious and with a great balcony and view. The hosts were very kind too.

The rooms are spacious and have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The property is right across the street from the sea. This is a new property and they have accomplished so much in so little time. There's no garden yet, but I'm sure that by the spring there will be a beautiful garden. We came off season, so the tavernas were closed, but I hear that in season it's more lively in that area. Every request we had was promptly taken care of. The property is easy to get to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
