Great value, super comfortable accommodation with spacious well laid out rooms, well lit and I particularly liked the natural lighting. Good location for sights, stores, banks, transport & a lovely gem of a coffee shop selling great coffee close by. Despite proximity to everything it wasn't noisy but still felt vibrant. Very cheerful helpful staff who seemed to enjoy working there, making a relaxed a friendly atmosphere. Lodge is new and finishing touches are enhancing restaurant inside & outside areas. Secure parking. Well maintained gardens were a pleasure to see from my terrace. Fastest most reliable wifi I've experienced in Malawi & good tv reception. Kettle & fridge in room. Convenient power ports. Very clean. Super hot showers. I'd be happy to stay again.

One of the best lodges that I have stayed in Malawi. Everything new and very clean. Adam is very helpful with everything. Food was also delicious. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We couldn’t have been better looked after we didn’t want to leave Adams and his staff were amazing the room was spacious , immaculate, hot shower with good water pressure day or night, fridge in room. Excellent (vegetarian food for us but plenty of meat options etc) available for dinner. Safe and secure, Brilliant wifi, cold Air con, comfy bed. We were spoiled so much we didn’t even want to leave we have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and this service is better We even got given fresh coconuts off the tree and they washed our hire car for us Couldn’t recommend enough. Look no further than to stay here, everything is perfect!

The breakfast is to your specifications. As for me, I have asked for a cheese omelet. They went all the way to look for cheese...Which was a plus for me.

It was good. There is nothing I would say was not great. However, they may need to add a laundry service in the future

I would definitely recommend Adams Lodges to anyone looking to spend some time in Mangochi. Most of all, I would highly recommend Adam himself. We arrived at Adams Lodges without booking and Adam really took care of us. He even spent some time helping me and my wife get treatment in Mangochi for an unexpected issue - he really went above and beyond. Adams Lodges has an excellent breakfast included (the best chips I've had in Malawi!), and friendly staff. The Lodge is still getting built so some of the rooms are in the process of getting ready. All in all, if you're in Mangochi, I would recommend not just staying at but getting to know Adam himself.

Well sign posted and convenient for Mangochi centre, the museum and the Shire river. The Lodge is new, so spotlessly clean with attentive and cheerful staff. The fridge was cold, the AC at a perfect temperature and the shower was both hot/cold with a good pressure My room was both spacious and comfortable and Adam the owner, kindly upgraded me. Adam himself, was all that the previous reviews have mentioned. A most kind hearted and generous person who took time to escort me around Mangochi and surrounding areas. I will be staying there again, after my trip around the Lake

Staying at Adam’s Lodge was one of the best decision so far. The lodge is amazing and has everything you need from hot showers to WiFi. The staff and especially Adam is warm welcoming and will do everything to make you feel home! They also have a restaurant which provides vegetarian dishes as well! Would highly recommend this place!

The bedding was crisp and white, the room was spacious. Very comfortable with the aircon. Safe parking. Very close to the main road

Unfortunately the generator was outside our room (but the staff were kind enough to start it a bit later to allow us to sleep in a bit) The room got a bit stuffy if the aircon wasn’t on. Only bottled water was available to drink. It would have been nice to have a coke or similar
