La correspondencia calidad-precio. Estaba todo muy limpio. La comunicación con el anfitrión.

Que no se nos avisó de que había obras enfrente y se escuchaban por la mañana, aunque no era excesivamente molesto. El ascensor chirriaba mucho y se escuchaba desde el piso.

Choosing the apartment in Portu is always a challenge. First - the place, second - the price, the third - new or historical place. This place was very good. Shopping mall with some sufficient shops is in 500 m. Metro station - 20 min of walk. Mercado / market with excellent food court is also nearby. The price was very reasonable for our family. And the last - new or historical? We prefer the new apartment - everything was almost new. When you choose the historical location - always be aware that you can face with parasites, insects, bad smell or other inconveniences. and you always can make an excellent breakfast home. The apartment is a little small, but it is very comfortable - the only apartment on the floor! We have an exellent time!

A little bit more conveniences are required in bath room. Imagine, you enter to the shover area and have no shelf or a hook to put your soap or a bottle with shampoo, or even hang a sponge. Al the time you need to invent a kind of improvised place to keep you washing stuff with you. Second - net enough hooks in bathroom to hang even a towel. And the last - the request to the owner - please, put a stand hanger at the entrance, because everyone need to put a coat or a jacket at the entrance. Small vacuum cleaner would be very much appreciated to maintain clean premise longer. Glass table is stylish but senseless item. Always cold and difficult to keep it clean without chemicals. The construction was in front of the apartment. Be aware that a noise will continue between 07:40 and 18:00.

The apartment was ideal for a months stay, and all amenities were in working condition. The check-in procedure was easy and the staff was always eager to help

The only minus was loud noise from construction sites next to the building, but if the windows were closed, then it was manageable.
