Location was good , very close to main attractions or a short bus trip away. The apartment was a very good size especially the bedroom and was clean and tidy. It included most things we required for cooking apart from an oven but we managed fine with the microwave and hob.

Upon arrival we were told Booking.com made an error with our booking as they allocated 3 adults to a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed that usually just accommodates 2 adults and a very small child. However I slept on the sofa bed, it wasn’t very comfortable but I managed. But this wasn’t an error by the host who was very concerned and called Booking.com to inform them of the mistake.

Lovely stylish apartment in the historic centre of Turin. The hostess is kind and helpful. I loved my stay there and would book it again if I'll travel to Turin again.

The heating was off in the end of March (it was on only in the bathroom because it's connected with the boiler I guess) and there is no A/C and it was a bit cold in the apartment. Also it's a little bit dark but I didn't have any problem with that.

We liked the location, the size of the apartament was good, 2 TVs, both with youtube function, nice sofa, bed, dining table. The owners were nice and helpful though

We visited Turing during january and it was pretty cold inside the apartament, even when the heating inside the building was on. Sadly we couldn’t control the temperature inside, there was a portable AC but we couldn’t find a heating function (probably it doesn’t have one). Also, the bedsheets were weird, there wasn’t a regular bed sheet for the blanket, the main blanket was between two separate sheets of linen. It was weird, easy to get lost between all those layers

It was amazing place. Apartment very cute, comfortable, clean. Host was very friendly. Location was amazing (city centre). Love it. Highly recommended

The location was excellent. The apartment was very warm during a very cold January stay! The bed extremely comfortable. There was a fridge and washing machine. There was plenty of space in the lounge/kitchen area. The host was very responsive and accommodating. A great stay in a super city!

Just little things really ....the hangers for clothing could be improved, the serated knives and bread knives weren't very effective. The kitchen and bathroom taps were loose Would have liked some control over the heating...we would have turned it off/down

BEDROOM: Comfortable and quiet, with a big wardrobe. The bed was very firm but surprisingly comfortable. I was impressed! At night, the bedroom was very dark, so I slept very well. BATHROOM: Clean, and equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine! KITCHENETTE: Well-equipped for our needs. There is a Nespresso-type coffee maker that uses pods, a little stove, and a refrigerator with a real freezer. (This was great because we procured our own breakfast, snacks, and light dinner supplies from the Pam supermarket nearby.) We did not use the stove, as the microwave suited our needs just fine. The hosts also left us an array of treats, which was so kind, (cookies, chocolate, sparkling wine, and little crackers with jam). Thank you!! LOCATION: Excellent. The apartment is a few steps away from Caffe al Bicerin, so it is very easy to arrive before opening. : ) The tram stop Ospedale Cottolegno is a 4 minute walk, (<300m). There are also other bus stops nearby. The total transit time from Stazione Porta Susa was under 20 minutes. CHECK-IN: Super easy. Our hosts, who were very friendly and helpful, met us at our agreed-upon time and gave us the full instructions about the keys, apartment, as well as an orientation to the town (with a complimentary tourist map). The apartment also has a comprehensive guide with lists of recommended restaurants, cafes, and activities.

If anything, I would recommend including a set of sturdier knives in the kitchenette. The knives in the drawer were bendy and not great for cutting soft cheese or slicing apples. Everything else was great!
