Great views, awesome location. Very quiet

The beds weren't overly comfortable and the water pressure in die shower wasn't great

Excellent location. View. Well equipped. Will use again.

Parking on a slope or narrow elevated flat area.

The location was perfect, and we were met with beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking the Knysna Lagoon.

Not really a must-have but a coffee plunger would've been nice and some braai utensils as we had to use the kitchen utensils to braai.

The views were spectacular. Knysna Heads is a lovely destination to get away and unwind.

The view was amazing and the place was so clean and beautifully decorated which gives it a very warm atmosphere. Everything that you needed to make food was there plus more (even salt & pepper). The safety in the area was very shocking to me as we are not used to leaving doors open or anything valuable outside but we were able to leave our trailer outside for the whole week without being afraid that it might get stolen. The Knysna mall isn't far away and there is a Kwikspar even closer. Tracy was very helpful and gave very clear instruction to where the key is and how to open the place even with photos. I would like to say everything that was so amazing about this place but then I will sit the whole day. I would suggest going to this place to anyone and would go back 6 times a year if I could.

I would have liked to park the car in the garage but that is not a big problem at all.

All deco are new and modern designed, Perfect lagoon view, big beautiful yard, best quite location where close to the beach or drive a short way to other places

Better offer backup power and aircon
