Wild Meadow Huts

We loved our stay at Wild Meadows. It was very peaceful and it was so nice to have the hut to ourselves. The setting was lovely and it was nice to walk up to the gentle mooing of cows. The Japanese hot tub was a bonus!

A fan in the room would have been nice. It was unseasonably warm when we were there.

The view from the hut was exceptional. We enjoyed the quiet getaway but was also close enough to walk to a couple pubs for food and drinks. I liked that it was contactless check-in, but knew they were close by if anything was needed. Pictures don’t do this place justice, just beautiful!

The location is amazing - from our cabin we could see the Cliffs! You can easily walk to pubs within 10 minutes and into the center of town within 15 minutes. The property is peaceful and beautiful! There are many thoughtful touches in the huts that make it a special place to stay… also pretty fascinating since they are so tiny, yet so well designed and equipped!

Such a cute little shepherd’s hut! The welcome was fantastic with a few bits set up for us when we got there. Nice and clean and had everything you could want!

Loved everything, only thing to flag is the water in County Clare has a bit of a peat-y taste which if you aren’t used to might be a bit off putting! Could be worth having a couple of bottles of water in the welcome pack 😂

It was such a unique and cozy stay. Really felt like a calming getaway with the Cliffs of Mohr, the Atlantic, and beautiful Irish farmland in the distance.

It was such a lovely stay there isn’t much I didn’t like about it. The only thing was you really need a car for this visit. It is not the most walkable to town or local sites.
