"Exceptional"

Nice place to stay. Surrounding is so calm. Couple friendly. Staff are very good.

Breakfast, only two items. Poha and upma with tea.

"Bad customer service"

The work boys were excellent except the clerk/manager.

The manager was rude and very impatient. We booked the hotel room online as we live abroad, but when we arrived at the hotel, the manager gave us a different room to what we booked online! The room allocated to us was very smelly and the bathroom was in terrible condition. We then asked him to change the room, which he did but he told us that he will move our stuff back into the same room from before! We feared our safety so we decided to check out a day early! I wouldn't recommend this hotel!
