I just liked the room. And services just pathetic.

From check-in till check-out I had a very bad experience, as we checked-in we asked for in-room dinning service, on duty receptionist said the IRD is available till 04:00 AM in the morning, later when we called for placing our order the night receptionist told me that I have to pay 50Rs. extra per order. I mean this pathetic service, not informing your guest when being asked at the time of check-in. Later during night I asked for dental kit , the housekeeper gave open/used dental kit, again I got disappointed. And then again in the morning for the breakfast, the person came and just handed over me the breakfast without even calling and asking my preference. However the lady receptionist at the time of check-out understood the situation and apologized and I told it’s not her fault. Honestly, I would not recommend this property to ANYONE.

Me and my S/O had a 6 day trip and chose this stay and i’m very pleased with it. Let’s start with the price - for what they prove it’s so worth it. Here are some things are really appreciated about them. > Daily housekeeping and complimentary breakfast and 1L water. > Any small or big accommodations requested they tried their best to fulfil them. > The food you can order is tasty, good quantity and well priced. > The rooms are so clean and the interior décor is beautiful & aesthetic. > The staff is friendly and helpful. > The location is at a prime spot and close to the station. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Surely will visit again. :) xo
