Fantastyczny stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel bardzo elegancki, urządzony ze smakiem, nienagannie czysty. Podwyższono nam bezpłatnie standard pokoju, co bardzo doceniamy. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja ale my czuliśmy się lepiej śpiąc przy otwartych oknach. Pokoje są bardzo obszerne, łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne, łazienki - komfortowe, wyposażone w dobrej jakości kosmetyki. Oprócz prysznica są w nich wanny z hydromasażem. Obsługa uprzejma i dyskretna, czasem zaskakująca (urządzili specjalne miejsce parkingowe dla naszego auta). Śniadania serwowane w formie bufetu, codziennie z nowymi elementami, obok tego do wyboru jajka na kilka sposobów. Szukaliśmy noclegu w Kapadocji z basenem i śniadaniem. Basen okazał się bardzo przyjemny i klimatyczny, dużo większy aniżeli sugerują to zdjęcia, można w nim było swobodnie pływać. Śniadania, jak już wspomniałam, były satysfakcjonujące i smaczne. Hotel jest atrakcją turystyczną - wiele osób przychodzi robić sobie na jego tle zdjęcia, gdyż jest miejscem, gdzie dzieje się akcja serialu. Obsługa jednak pilnuje, by nie naruszali prywatności gości. W drzwiach stoi odźwierny. Dla nas atutem było również to, że leży w Urgup a nie w Göreme. To zdecydowanie przyjemniejsza miejscowość. Ogólnie oceniamy nasz pobyt tam jako doskonały i warty powtórzenia. Trzy dni wystarczyły na zapoznanie się z okolicą. Przesyłamy pozdrowienia dla wszystkich pracowników hotelu. Będziemy gościnę u Was miło wspominać.

Ailecek tatil için ideal bir otel. Özellikle gece gürültülü olmaması çok rahat ettirdi. Odalar çok geniş ve özenle döşenmiş.

Très bel hôtel, avec de belles prestations, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine intérieure, le séjour s’est très très bien passé. Je recommande fortement.

We had an amazing stay at Asmalı Konak! The hotel was spotless, the service was outstanding, and the authentic cave rooms made the experience unforgettable. We were a group of 9 and every one of us loved it. Perfect blend of comfort and local charm—highly recommend!

Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Oda gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Eksik olarak saç kurutma yoktu. Olsa iyi olurdu. Avluda ilk günde kullandığım kül tabağı çıktığım gün de dolu idi. Boşaltılsa her gün iyi olurdu. Elemanlar gayet yardımcı ve güler yüzlülerdi.

100 yıldız verebilseydim verirdim. Mükemmel bir yer. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanliydi. Biz erken gitmemize ragmen hic sorunsuz check in yaptilar. Otelin konumu cok güzel, sessiz sakin bir yerde. Otel sanki özel yalnızca bize kiralanmis gibiydi, özellikle havuz kısmı. Fazla misafir olmayan bir zamana denk gelmis olabiliriz. Odalar ve geri kalan hersey yeni yapilmisti ve pırıl pırıldi. Tam gidilmesi gereken zamanlar bence.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, very clean, but still a cave with air conditioning which is rare. The staff are amazing and very friendly who want to make the stay magical. We arranged tours and transfers with them and when a balloon tour was cancelled, they jump through hoops to ensure we got our money's worth with another 2 tours. The breakfast is excellent and fresh more traditional fare so if you are looking for waffles you will be disappointed. The have a wonderful underground pool and Turkish steam room but didn't use it, but due to a legal issue they have blocked off the entrance, so you have to go outside to the other entrance to use it, The location is up the hill from the main town area, but Urgup is much quieter then Greome but plenty of excellent restaurant wine Cellers and pottery stalls. On the downside this is not disabled friendly as there are plenty of stairs, and I do recommend downloading Google translate, as English is not their first language and it just helps. Oh, interesting fact this hotel is very new on 7 months old and is the setting for a famous Turkish TV show so many people want to stop by to take photos of the courtyard. They never bothered us, and the staff is very respectful to their guests, so they are not disturbed.
