I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean, spacious and modern, exactly as shown in the photos. It was well equipped and comfortable, and I really appreciated the Coway water dispenser provided by the owner, which was very convenient. The owner was also friendly, helpful and responsive, making the whole stay smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended and would definitely come again!

However, the owner need to do pest control on small coachroaches issue in certain part of the house. i.e wet kitchen area.

Like living in your own home, everything that you needed is provided here. The unit is just right next to the lift which is awesome. It is connected to a mall, which is great for us.

The bathroom is quite small and hot shower is provided in toilet no.1 only. For non Sarawakian, you have to download Pay&Go app to pay for the parking in the building and the parking fee is very high. Advicable to just park your car outside where it is free of charge.

The house was very clean, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment provided, which was very helpful. That deserves praise. There was also a Coway water dispenser, which I was very thankful for since I brought a baby on this trip. Another plus is that the area around the apartment has many halal food stalls that can easily be reached on foot.

This is not my first time renting an apartment through Booking.com. From my experience, this host is quite strict when it comes to check-in and check-out times and the number of pax compared to my previous experiences with other hosts. I understand that there are rules and regulations, but sometimes we need to consider other people's situations too. And I did check out/leave the apartment before 12. The only issue was parking, which caused the delay. Oh yes, parking is not provided. You have to park outside or pay for it. And the host mentioned that I was lucky to get a price that didn't depend on the number of people. Honestly, I've never had anyone question the number of people as long as it didn’t exceed the limit. And they also ask for name, ic, address and number of pax after ive checked in. Which is i think inappropriate and not necessary at all.
