PKThe bedroom was nice and warm, had good wifi
Washroom smelled, didnot give breakfast as written in online booking
GBstaff is friendly, location is okay, its just a house where you get an ensuite, air conditioning was good, warm water in winter is good enough.
mosquitos, flies, broken fan, dirt on stuff, uncleaned bedsheet, i'm sure staff tried their best and its normal for them to have things this way but they need to do more to ensure extra level comfort; having said that its not "Grand" and its not a "Palace"; so don't be like, "is that it?", yes baby it's a very Pakistani hotel.
PKThe Place is very neat and clean and Staff is very much cooperative. They will agree to all your terms without any issue. I really enjoyed there. Definitely will choose Grand Palace whenever I visit Islamabad Again. Thank you guys
