little hideout, Luxury Apartment

Beautiful apartment with lovely lounge and super TV. The host was so helpful., nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was well fitted. Great shower and comfy big bed.

Everything was good the host was amazing gave clear instructions on check in. The place was absolutely amazing. Wish I had more time to unwind and enjoy the place.

Good location for my purposes.

Maintenance problems - door lock loose in the door saw us nearly locked out until we tightened the screw holding it in place; toilet water supply making a squealing noise for many minutes after flush; washing machine water supply poor and new batteries needed in heating control. Could be improved by providing an instruction/information booklet about the apartment and the area - eg. co-op and bus stop downstairs at the rear of the building. Lack of tray for use in the oven. Blunt scissors.

Exactly how it looks in the pictures. I was late to check in due to traffic and the host waited with no complaints. Very accommodating

What an exceptional apartment! From the amazing communication with the host to the actual apartment I would rate my experience 10/10. The apartment is stunning with everything one could need. Spotlessly clean and tidy with a luxury feel :) highly recommend coming thank you again to the amazing host will be back very soon :)

Nothing at all the apartment is exceptional.

Location good for Railway Station, with regular trains to central London. The apartment has a comfortable lounge with balcony. Comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom facilities very good. The whole apartment was very clean, and warm. Wi Fi worked well. Our Host was friendly and helpful. Secure underground car-parking available, accessed by lift.

Locating the apartment was difficult as no full address or directions were available before arrival and post code was not recognised by car satnav. No toaster in kitchen, and freezer drawers iced solid. No TV instructions, it was difficult/impossible to find terrestrial channels. Our attention was drawn to bedroom wardrobe not available which would have been unacceptable if we had been staying longer. Written instructions for the use of security key fob, garage access, TV, etc, in apartment would be valuable as you don't always remember verbal instructions when you first arrive!
