Monkey Tree Holiday Park

Monkey tree holiday park is a really lovely place to go and spend some lovely time with friends and family. STAFF very friendly, mobile home was really clean , comfortable. Big pool area with really clean water ( heated pool). We spent lovely nights with lovely entertainment shows , lots of things to do especially with kids🙂

Internet connection was zero unfortunately inside of mobile home, outside Internet very poor. This is the only let's say "bad " thing, apart of this 100% recommended🥰

Lovely static caravans and fun activities for children.

No WI-FI in the caravan and drive everyone mad having to walk down the path!

We liked the swimming pool which is outside, the soft play and the children’s play area outside which is great.

The arcades are fun to play in and win tickets for the children to exchange for a prize but the prizes are very poor and expensive. The food & drinks in the bar are very expensive, and we received a few meals that weren’t very nice to eat. The shop on site isn’t stocked with everything you need so there was lots of times we had to drive somewhere just to get basic things like toilet roll. The caravan we stayed in was a 3 bedroom caravan which was very small, this was to accommodate a family so we were all squashed when we were in the caravan so we decided to spend most of the time away from the park and just come back to sleep which was very disappointing.

Location

Caravan extremely old, dining table wobbly, mattresses awful springs sticking into me all night. Staff were often rude and grumpy and swimming pool was freezing cold.

The entertainment team are absolutely great, thank you so much for giving my daughter a medal even though she got stage fright.

Bin bags needed in rooms to make it easier to clean up after

The Caravan was really nice, location was good too.

The cooker wasn't working properly, Shower head was broken and I know it's nothing to do with the resort but the reception for phone signal was terrible.
