I didnt get the room that was advertised The headboard was old , wifi was not working I had to hotspot the time in order to play youtube, the bed was not comfortable, it was old and when you sit on it it was making noise. No soaps to bath , the shampoo was finished No clothe to wipe tables after eating The chairs and tables outside in the balcony we very dirty .and the balcony was dirty

The location, cleanliness and value for money.

The fact that the host does not communicate with me. Requested numerous times to provide me with an invoice so that I can claim from my company, but never received anything.

The host didn’t record my booking I got there at 4pm I had to wait for about 30min cause they couldn’t see my booking , I finally got the room the shower was dirty, the stove is burned , the room is cold
