Excellent location on the South Bridge and its architecture. The apartment was recently renovated and is in great condition. Although breakfast is not included, kettle, teabags, instant coffee and jam are provided in the kitchen. Great communication by whatsapp with the host Shaheen, in particular to arrange a late check-in. Thank you

Short walk to castle, Scottish Museum, other attractions. Lots of shops for groceries, casual dining, coffee nearby. Many bus stops, too. Rooms are very clean and pleasantly decorated with new furnishings. Thoughtful touches like wireless charging stations, full length mirror, qtips, curling iron. Communal kitchen has washer/dryer, modern appliances. Julie (employee) was so nice and helpful.

First, location is right along a major road. Constant vehicle and bus traffic and crowded sidewalks. Inside you don't hear that, but oh, boy do you hear the bars. Our windows (fully closed) let in all the sound from 4 or more bars directly below. Boisterous crowds milling around until 3 a.m. on weeknights as well as the weekend Then the trucks pull in to unload supplies for the establishments. Hey, it's a party town. But not in my room, please. Sleep didn't happen very much. Better quality windows would have made a difference. The rooms were safe ...locked doors all along a hallway. Overall, though. the place had a cold, isolated feel. It wasn't a good value, either. Pricier than places in nicer locations. We won't return and cannot recommend. If you want to be close to party central and all the main attractions, and ambient noise doesn't bother you, maybe this would work.

Location was good to see sites but bad for reasons listed below

The front door to the street was unlocked making it possible for anyone to come into the apartment area. One morning while walking up the stairs there was blood drops, a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia…clear sign of heroin and cocaine combination use. That is very unsafe. There is a bar next door that is very loud until 3am. Have been all over the world and never dealt with this. Will be back to Edinburgh but would never stay here again

Las ventanas necesitan aislamiento urgente por ruido y por temperatura, había tapones en la habitación cuando llegamos para dormir y fueron 100% necesarios. El precio que pagamos fue muy elevado. El portal por el que entras al piso compartido está en malas condiciones. No hay ascensor.

Very well located. Very clean. The staff were very accommodating of my check in time and allowing me to store my bags after check out. I like that you have everything you need in your room, including the best desk and a small shower room/bathroom, but there’s a bigger and clean bathroom you can use in the common area if needed.

The room is a bit small/narrow, but I’ve stayed in Edinburgh before and that seems to be very common for hotel rooms. About dorm room size.

Situation idéale pour visiter la Old Town. Tout peut se faire à pied (Chateau, Calton Hill, Dean Village, etc.) Depuis l’aéroport, comptez ~40min (30min de bus + 10min à pied). Propreté exceptionnelle. À disposition une magnifique cuisine partagée complète (micro-onde, frigo, machine à laver / sèche linge, four) avec bouteilles d’eau, lait, café / thé et biscuits à disposition. Literie parfaite, présence d’un sèche cheveux et d’un lisseur. Accueil chaleureux et réactivité par sms mais attention : bien fixer son rdv pour l’arrivée car pas de réception. Seulement une porte grise avec le numéro 39.

Rue bruyante le soir mais des boules quies sont fournies.

The room and Kitchen was very clean and furniture was good.

Impossible to sleep. Though windows have glasses, there is no isolation at all. All night you hear the street noise so loud it felt like sleeping on the street (They provide ear plugs...). Same for the temperature/humidity that was being outside as the windows do not filter anything. On top of that the main entrace door does not lock at all, but the room cardkey wasn't working so I spent literally tens of minutes and finally had to call the staff.
