Agonda Palm Beach Resort

Nicely placed next to the beach and very neat and clean facility. Staff also quite helpful. The restaurant was expensive compared to places nearby but food was good. We booked 4 rooms and were quite content with the hotel stay

The hotel wanted to charge us 2%extra if we paid with Credit card which wasn’t according to Indian government policies so we opposed it and finally after some discussion the hotel agreed to not charge 2%extra with credit card payment. We suggested the hotel to inform about such things while booking so the customer is aware of all charges and conditions when booking and don’t get surprised.

The property was newly built and it was really beautiful. Would definitely recommend it.

New property and close to Agonda beach.

Food, pricing, very small room and overcharged if you pay by card. No taste in food.

The overall aesthetic of the property was beautiful and so were the staff

It wasn’t sea facing at all, and neither were there any facilities to enjoy or even a bell boy to help with the luggage in fact

The stay was pleasant, the room was clean, the location is also very nice with the sea facing. The staff is very polite, the room with Jacuzzi gives the perfect feel.

One suggestion I would like to give is, to keep a hairdryer in the room.

Everything. Location is perfect and it is the cleanest place we've stayed in India. Staff are friendly and also I could pay with Visa, so that made it heaps easy :) This stay is one we will remember forever. Can't wait to come back here!

Maybe the lack of water. More bottles of large water would be nice. Especially in the fridge.
