The noisy woman who talked at the top of her voice on her phone constantly But that’s not the hotel’s fault!

Amazing stay and amazing staff, the place was clean and everything just perfect, the food is pretty great too! I ate in the restaurant for 8 days and well you must try the ginger cosmo mocktail!

First, the hospitality, the staff, each one of them, Jitu, Videsh, Malcolm, and the team, they did everything make this vacation unforgettable. They literally took care of any request (including birthday cake). The location is just perfect, walking distance from anything in Agonda, and the beach is calm and beautiful. The food is amazing, and the room is cosy and has everything you need. It was clean, and 2 bottles of water were placed on the table every day. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

The location was very peaceful and a very short walk to shops and other restaurants. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. But the stand out to us and our friends has to be the staff. The attention to detail and care from management, the kitchen staff, bar staff, cleaners and taxi service made the end of our trip so relaxing. The staff are very kind. Thank you for the best stay! Food recommendations: Chicken 65!!!

⭐️ Extremely Serious Health & Safety Failure – Avoid This Property My stay at this hotel was one of the most unacceptable and unsafe hotel experiences I have ever had. From the very first night, I was exposed to severe sewage odor in my room. Management dismissed my complaint and falsely claimed it would “go away with a fan.” It did not. After hours of unbearable stench, I personally inspected the room and discovered stagnant contaminated water under the bathroom sink, with rust, corrosion, decay, mosquitoes, and clear signs of long-term sewage leakage. This is a serious health hazard. Only after I documented everything with photos and videos did management agree to move me to another room — without any refund, despite the fact that the room was clearly uninhabitable and I did not sleep at all. That same night, in the replacement room, a bathroom pipe exploded, flooding the bathroom with water, rust, and debris. The pipe was visibly old and degraded due to poor maintenance. Three staff members were unable to resolve the issue, and I was forced to physically assist while standing in contaminated water. As a result: • Two consecutive nights were completely ruined • I was exposed to sewage fumes and unsanitary conditions • Sleep was impossible • My health was negatively affected Management showed dismissive, negligent, and indifferent behavior, refused responsibility, and refused refunds despite clear evidence. After this experience, I reviewed other guest feedback and found multiple similar complaints about sewage smells and poor maintenance, indicating a pattern — not an isolated incident. Important note: The general staff and restaurant employees were polite and professional. The issue is management and property conditions, not the workers. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel, especially if you care about hygiene, safety, or basic standards of accommodation.
