Very clean throughout. Excellent room and facilities. Cleaned daily. Free water daily. Nice gardens to sit in. Good breakfast

My only complaint is that the staff in the restaurant made it very uncomfortable for us to dine there. The first morning my daughter and I planned to have a day on the beach at the hotel. We visited the linked beach hut with the intention to have a coffee. My daughter was wearing a tank top and shorts. Not knowing that I speak and understand Hindi fluently, one of the staff in the restaurant (on older man) made a dirty comment about my daughter and laughed. I saw red and was furious. I did gave him a piece of my mind and told him I would report him. The restaurant manager tried to make out that I misunderstood, but though I may not look Indian, I was born and bright up there and speak the language fluently. I reported the incident to the hotel manager who dealt with it. We wanted to leave the hotel as my daughter did not feel comfortable after that and was even a little nervous by their uncouth and disrespectful behaviour but I had already made a full payment for our stay, as I was asked to do so by the manager the evening we arrived. After that we did not feel comfortable using the restaurant at the venue and only stayed at the hotel but did not use the restaurant facilities or sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. This is NOT the vulgar and disgusting disrespectful behaviour we accept or expect.

The behaviour of the staff at the restaurant. They stood and stared making it take obvious whilst doing it. For Goa where many tourists visit their behaviour was very unexpected, embarrassing and very discomforting.

Fantastic location and we enjoyed the Agonda Palm Beach Resort for NYE!

Breakfast should be included for the price!

Great location, clean , good selection of food from the menu

Younger waiters need further training , apart from that they are super helpful . Bathroom cabinets get wet when showering

We lived the location and beds were comfortable and clean

The bathroom was horribly filled with a sewer smell during our whole stay. We also kept the bathroom door closed because it was very strong. Maybe it is because our bungalow was next to the common area bathrooms for the restaurant. The restaurant staff were slow in serving food. Not enough shade for the bungalows.

Not a lot to be honest.

It’s just a shed, no matter how you dress it up it’s pretty poor honest, the bed isn’t made only the floor mopped no toilet roll and used towels that we left on the floor obvs used were not going to be replaced until we had to ask !!!so if you are thinking of staying there ASK coz otherwise they do the minimum!!!but if that’s what your happy with it’s up to you
