Amenities were great and the complimentary toiletries were generous as were the complimentary coffee pods

Bedside cabinets were too high to have a coffee in bed It was a studio apartment not the the one bedroom apartment advertised No instruction booklet especially for the Wi-Fi The shower floor was very slippery bordering on dangerous The coffee pods were all decaffeinated, I’d have preferred a mix

Very convenient spot, just a stones throw from the station. Good communication by Martha and greeting from Sonya. Good clean apartment and tasteful decor. Very fortunate there was "air con" on the hottest day this year. Nice selection of chocolate goodies !

It was slightly difficult to find initially. Perhaps mention to guests to head for the fire escape where there is a sign : Swan House but I missed that and walked up to Drake House and came round and tried again. I couldn't find instructions how to operate coffee machine. Sachets of milk powder would have been a bonus but the village is not far away. Generally though it was brilliant and i will stay there again.

Perfect location for us. Near to family and to the station for access to central London.

Finding the entrance was a bit difficult but once we met the owner it all became clear.

A well-designed studio flat with everything you could need. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Comfortable bed.

A bit confusing about arrival and check out arrangements. It worked out, but I would have liked some clear instructions on the web pages for arrival, checkout could be explained at the property.

It was small clean and functional but everything g i needed I felt safe in the town centre as a solo traveller , as the building was quite secure.

The outside was sadly shabby and that wasn’t upto the owner as it’s in flats , but the block of flats opposite are being refurbed so that i am sure will change when done. The fob for the front door requires quick hands or it locks before you get in , which is secure but a bit of a back to learn, another tenant showed me how it worked . There was a coffee machine but no milk and cream and Jam left in the fridge but nothing to have it on which is a tiny niggle .salt but no pepper was also left .

Very well equipped accommodation, it's a bit confusing navigating your way from the car to the flat but it's a lovely property and I'd recommend it.
