"Fine,"

Easy to find. Good instructions. Very helpful host. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant living area.

The outlook was onto a courtyard/fence on both sides. It was in such a lovely area but the unit itself (not a cottage) had no views at all. Very small double bed and rather scruffy bathroom.

"Great location and clean and roomy accommodation (for two people). Nice footpaths - and horses!"

Close to Billingshurst and Petworth, with nice bridleways and footpaths running past the property. Guests are welcome to view the horses on the farm. We have family in the area and intend to stay again.
