OK, starting with the essentials. Do you want to stay a couple of days in Zadar , Old Town? If yes, then look no further, I have already checked all the other offers on Bookings and this is the best choice with the best value/price ratio. Modern apartment, lovely design, excellent location, surprisingly quiet. Also, very convenient for the transfer by bus to/from the airport or for taking a boat for some trips. The owner was very helpful, we had an issue with the the entry door in the building which was locked by mistake by someone and he came in the middle of the night to resolve this problem.

Not an issue but it will be useful to have a piece of paper with some instructions about how to open the TV set, especially during the European Cup. There are two TV remotes to be used in the process and you have to choose the HDMI 3 as input, not quite obvious. But anyway, just write to the owner, they will immediately give instructions via whatsapp for example.

Property was immaculate, modern and extremely clean. It had everything that you would need for a holiday like a home away from home. Host was amazing and happy to answer any questions we had about the property/ location.

Located right at the center of the old city, so convenient to walk to all landmarks. The apartment is modern with a kitchen and washer.

Better to have a duvet then blanket.

Apartment in the centre of Zadar. Very big for couple. Clean, well equipped, you have everything, for example disher machine, washing machine, two TV's with Smart TV eg. Netflix. Bars, cafeterias, bakery, shops nearby.

What is the saying… don’t judge a book by its cover! The looks from outside and up the stairs doesn’t look like much… then you open the door. This host has really outdone themselves. I called it my “Taylor Swift Apartment” as it was so finely decorated. Every detail has been thought of. Very well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Two flatscreen TVs, great furnishings. Super great location just inside Old City

Wish the parking situation was better but it is what it is

Everything was so clean and well decorated Location was just perfect , quite Apartment was quite big and equipped with brand new luxury equipments everything you need Perfect support by owner

Minor topic: May be having some tea, coffee ready in apartment , Some times arrival time is so late and no chance to buy godron outside
