Good location

Asked for extra money for using the kitchen Out of water sometimes Room full of stuffs of owner

Very good location and a lovely view to Trinity Church. The sheets smelled and felt amazing! Not a bad owner and she kept a very cute garden on the side of the house.

Our room was quite small and was full of stuff, but that's how it is I guess in a homestay. The owner didn't speak English too much, but she found a way to tell us to pay 5 extra lari each day we use the kitchen. The bathroom had some issues and the kitchen was very messy and with lots of filthy dishes.

Room was small and filled with host's stuff, wardrobe packed with all her clothes. Felt like staying in a storage. Shared toilet with no hot water available 24/7. We had to ask the host to turn hot water on that night for us to shower, then washed with cold water next morning because we couldn't find her. My friend and I don't mind staying in a small room but it should be at least empty inside which we can use all the space.

The lady / owner is a really great person. Very welcoming, generous and helpful. The flat is in the upper side of the town which is better as the streets are quiet at night. A few minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants the main taxi and bus station... and to your way to Mount Kazbeg.. The bed is comfortable, the room and bathroom are clean. Wifi is good.

The room was quite small and there were only a few space to put our big bags. The table had personnal belongings. I think that when you rent a room, personnal belongings should be taken off for your and our comfort. We had to wait some minutes for the hot water. I'm a bit confused as I hate wasting znd letting the water flow for nothing, but in the morning the water can be very cold.

Good location and good value for money! The lady was very very nice (even though we could not talk much as I don't speak georgian or russian). She makes a killer breakfast, that was so good and plenty! She was very smiley! Place was comfortable enough and clean.

The house is a bit small and the rooms a.bit cramped. There is not much space to hang out inside or outside. You had to wait a bit to get hot water for the shower.
