"Lovely place to stay, will come back next time in Christchurch"

Spacious and quiet. Very well equipped with everything needed for a few days stay. Good location, bus stop outside the property with a good service around Christchurch. Was nice to have a private little outdoor area to sit.

The bed frame on the bed on the first floor was a hazard I have bruises on my shins where I connected with it a few times.

"Great hosts, convenient location"

modern facilities

mini earthquakes or rumbling and rattling every time a truck or car went past on the adjacent street had us a little concerned. This was stronger on the top level, and doesn't seem right for a new build block that is not right next to any road. Alot of stairs being 3 levels.

The residence is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of four. Really comfortable beds and the styling is simple and classic. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is good. Probably 10-15 mins to walk into the city area.

The oven isnt working though the host tried very hard to help via watapps. Is not a big issue. I am sure when the next guest stays, she would have worked out how to use the oven.
