"Smelly Bathroom"

The bed was comfortable

Room no 5 was extremely hot, no fan or air-conditioning. The bathroom is outside the room and very smelly. No windows in the bathroom and the extractor fan wasn't working. The swimming pool wasn't clean. No Mirror in the room. The receptionist was very friendly,

Nothing, I had to go to reception several times to get things that were supposed to be in place. In the morning I had to wait for an hour to get someone to open the gate for us.
