1. The awning is not working, making it impossible to stay on the balcony and enjoy the view when it rains. 2. The microwave is not properly cleaned. 3. Opening the door with the codes requires trial and error. 4. The parking area in the middle lacks proper lighting. 5. The kitchen is present, but there is no stove for cooking. 6. We informed the owner about the awning not working, but the owner suggested a refund and cancellation after we had already arrived. The owner supposedly inform us early before checkin
