Ubetty village center two-bedrooms apartment 5Terreholiday

This is a great apartment to base yourself It had two big bedrooms with drawers and wardrobes. The beds were really comfortable. We cooked ourselves breakfast each day, the kitchen had everything you would need. One of the best things was the central location. It was a very short walk (5 mins) from the train station. Andrew, the host was also really helpful and friendly.

Nice size property in an excellent location in Riomaggiore. The host was very helpful in making our stay work out nicely. They were readily available by WhatsApp for me to message with questions about how to use their appliances, WiFi, checkout times, etc. I even accidentally broke a glass cup after microwaving it and the host was very nice about it. Thanks for the stay!

Location - conveniently situated, although it is noisy at night. Main bedroom is a good size. Coffee machine makes a decent espresso

Electricity issue - which has been reported by previous guests but unresolved. Owner blamed renovations happening in neighbouring flat, but this is something they need to sort out. Building smells of damp; black mold on some walls, rusty radiator in bathroom. No outdoor space (as advertised) but living area has very little natural light, so it feels a bit gloomy. Big piece of furniture in living room door could be removed to improve space. Kitchen not sufficiently equipped: 6 of everything is not enough for a family of four unless things are washed as you go along. Washing machine didn't work during our visit, and there were only 4 clothes pegs so we had to hand wash clothes & then hang stuff around the flat rather than on the line (which is over the street, and we didn't want to lose items). Decor is tied and furniture is cheap. Ok if you're a budget hostel, not okay if you're charging £300 a night. Mattress in main room was very spongy and hot in summer heat. Chap running the let was good at getting back to us about these problems but a bit defensive - offered to cancel the booking after the first night, for example, which isn't so helpful even you're only there for a few nights and don't want the inconvenience of moving. Would be better if he used the feedback to make improvements for future guests. Mi

Generous size, well appointed. Coffee pods are a nice surprise. The street can be a bit loud, but ear plugs are provided- very thoughtful owner.

Super Host that provided great restaurant recommendations and places to visit and asked us how our vacation was going. Provided recommendations on where to park the car and answered all our questions concerning our visit. Apartment located in the center of RioMaggiore with good restaurants, cafes, and Entocias. Apartment was very clean and had all kitchen utilities for cooking. The beds were very comfortable for us and would recommend this apartment and it was easy to find as the host provided a video on how to get there.

The building as it smelled like mildew going up to the apartment so the owner of the building should correct this issue. Also, I would install a dehumidifier in the apartment.

This property is in a fabulous location, we absolutely loved it. It it on the main street in Riomaggiore, and a short walk from the train station. Everything that we needed was in the apartment and the owner was very helpful. The front bedroom looks onto the Main Street and it was a brilliant place it watch the storm. There are stairs to the property so travel light. A lovely stay - thank you
