Πολύ μεγάλο, απόλυτα καθαρό διαμέρισμα, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων, με στάση λεωφορείου κοντά και πολύ άνετο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με συσκευές κτλ.

Δεν έχει φούρνο μικροκυμάτων.
