Z Loft Central Apartment-1 BR- Downtown

Beautiful luxury apartment. You have everything you need to stay and really enjoy. The apartment is close to sights, the subway line, while the Spar supermarket is not far away. The hosts are available, friendly and ready to help. Totally worth it, all recommendations!

It was a bit cold. Guests should be able to adjust the temperature.

The Apartment is very beautiful and designed with style and comfortable. I liked the light design and it’s huge for 1 person :)

The only 2 things i didn’t liked that much was, not the fault of the host 🙌🏼 First night I was scared because you can hear every step from the neighbors upstairs 😬 and I was afraid that some is in the apartment- so I checked more than once if I am really alone in there… - but this is from the buildings architecture almost everywhere the same. The other night was car outside the apartment, that didn’t switch of for more than 30 minutes… also very loud 🫤

The location is good, not that far away from the train station. It’s clean and well equipped.

Please change the door lock!!! Every time we’ve returned to apartment, we’ve spent 10 minutes trying to open the door, the lock is spoiled! This apartment is using centralised heating systems, we can’t adjust the heater by ourselves. I guess the sensor is in the living room which is much warmer, so the bedroom remains cold and the heater in the bedroom won’t switch on.

Clean, nice apartment with almost everything provided in the apartment.

If I may add as improvement: 1) shower bath though good but need to be careful not to wet the floor, for older people, maybe a problem if chose to sit down to shower and get up when wet. 2)like the toiletries provided, you also have a first aid box, need to check the content as most expired. If this is what you like to provide as a service.

The property was in a great location! Near buses and trams… restaurants/bars near. Convenient location. Side Note: The apartment owner only gives you 1 towel / person so if you’re someone who needs more than one prepare to bring extra as she doesn’t give anything else. Side Note: If you arrive earlier - remember to leave the key in the lockbox for the cleaner after you come in to leave your bags. They didn’t tell us this and gave us earlier check in to leave our things and go browse the city until the cleaning was done and turns out the cleaner doesn’t have an own key.

There was construction for two days as they were building underneath the apartment. It was horribly loud at the morning and throughout the day. One bar is next to the apartment so that’s also something to consider because it is very loud often at the evening as well.
