Tolles Apartment, geräumig, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, Strände und Stadtzentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar, netter Vermieter. Alles bestens!

Tolle Lage, in kurzer Zeit am Strand, in knapp 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Gastgeber habt auf Fragen und Wünsche rasch reagiert. Der Großteil der Wohnung ist neu, alles funktioniert.

I can't help but ask those who gave high ratings: "Have you been anywhere else?" We've been to many places, and unfortunately, this place turned out to be one of the worst. We were there in winter, and it was very cold. A strong cold wind was blowing, and the front door had huge gaps through which the wind blew in. The apartments have heating with a boiler and an air conditioner. The host decided not to turn on the boiler before our arrival. I completely don't understand why, because one of the rooms is heated only by the boiler. It was completely cold in there. We had to specifically ask how to spend the night there, only after that the host said that the boiler could be turned on, but it would take all night to heat up. We turned it on, but in the morning the radiators were still cold. The host couldn't help, as he had gone to another city until late. After we left, he said that the boiler was broken. The TV didn't work because it required a software update, and for that, an account needed to be created somewhere. There are signs in various places like "take your trash with you" and others. We always take our trash with us, but we consider it as our decision, not an obligation. Maybe we should have just sent the host money and not come at all? Half of everything in the apartments was very old. In general, maybe it's good here in summer, but in winter we strongly do not recommend staying here.

The apartment was spotless, very new and beautifully decorated. The location was also perfect for exploring the city and the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. Maybe the bathroom could use a few upgrades. Showering in the bathtub with a handheld showerhead was a bit inconvenient. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.
