Green Oak Nature Retreat

Very comfortable pod: nicely designed and built. All equipment we needed in kitchen, good quality furnishings. Located with plenty private space and distance from just one other pod, so we didn't feel overlooked. Great for our elderly dog to potter in and out. Lovely to look out and be surrounded by 'nature', even though its not 'the wilds'. Very well located geographically for travel in all directions.

I'm glad I had my earplugs as the background traffic noise was inevitable.

It was so cosy and well kept. Excellent shower, comfy bed. Great little gas cooker. Duvet and pillows were so comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels small and large. We used the radiators at night as it got a little chilly and they worked perfectly well and heated it up quickly. Love the projector for the TV and option of different things to watch on the apps and we signed in with my Netflix account. Abilash the hostess was so attentive over text message during our stay which we really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble to ask any questions.

The shower was quite small even for a petite woman. Could’ve done with a fridge but we made do with bringing ice for the ice bucket provided. Would’ve been nice for some logs to be provided for the fire pit for the first night.

What a beautiful experience, enjoyed our stay very much, bed is extremely comfortable, facilities are perfect. Had pizza and sat at the fire pit at night. Felt extremely safe. Can’t wait to come back, thank you very much.

Booked this for my grandaughter .Amazing people who run it couldn't do enough for you .My grandaughter took my dog so dog friendly .Pod is so clean and cozy.
