Séjour agréable dans logement avec tout ce qu'il faut.

Tout refait à neuf. Superbe équipement. Très confortable.

Très proche de la route donc assez bruyant. Le frigidaire fait également énormément de bruit. Dommage car ça casse l'expérience du logement qui pourrait être exceptionnelle.

Le logement est fonctionnel, il est agréable et dispose d'éléments modernes. Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute !

L'appartement est très bien isolé, du coup on entends la route à proximité et le coq chanté au petit matin.

Il y a tout le nécessaire. Le logement est bien agencé et propre. La climatisation est bienvenue.

Le logement donne sur la route principale donc sujet au bruit. Mais en fermant les portes et fenêtres, on dort correctement sans gêne. De plus j'ai fait la demande pour un lit bébé. Arrivés sur place pas de lit...

Value for money, but I would not recommend it.

I recently stayed at this property for the second time, but unfortunately, this visit was a stark contrast to my first experience. The condo itself provides an affordable option in Moorea, but the management left much to be desired. The person managing the property, Celia, was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that guest relations were not her strong suit. Simple inquiries, like asking about towels or equipment for snorkeling, were met with unhelpful and condescending responses. For example, she directed us to a store selling towels for 7,000 XPF when we later discovered a much cheaper option at the local supermarket. Similarly, no practical assistance was offered for other basic needs. Celia also failed to provide a proper check-in and, when she came the next day to collect payment, she didn’t bring change, brushing it off with, “Oh, you don’t have the correct money? I don’t have my wallet with me.” She never followed up to check whether our concerns were resolved. What’s most disappointing is her dismissive attitude toward guests staying at a more budget-friendly property. Comments like “If you don’t like it, go to Sofitel” and “I see hundreds of guests and never had this problem” were particularly upsetting and completely out of line for someone in hospitality. Moorea is a destination known for its natural beauty and warm hospitality, but that spirit was sorely lacking here. While I had a positive experience during my first stay, I will not return as long as Celia is managing the property. If you’re looking for affordable accommodations in Moorea, I recommend considering other options where guest care is a priority.
