no lift no escalator, BUT ITS OKAY, the very nice guy (staff) very very nice to take my luggage and wait for me downstair while i complete my booking.com order. really appreciate ! the counter is simple, the hall for guest to sit got many chairs/sofa, tidy and arranged nicely. COMFORTABLE, i got room 106, TV, i try to watch movies but i cant get one, but its okay, i dont mind, the bed tidy, clean towel, clean floor, the side desk also arrange properly,2 socket near bed, 1 cannot use, i cannot plug in my plug, its okay, got another one near side desk, bathroom so clean, shampoo and soap very nice smell.

not tht i dont like, but they should make sure all the socket function well because traveler like me use my time in the hotel to charge OUR phones. thk you !

The room and lobby is 100% same as in the website photos.

No signboard. Bit scary as a first timer to book at this hotel. No lift, need to use the staircase with my big luggage. No one is helping to open the door at the ground floor. Water dispenser right at the end of the floor.
