Amazing stay. I was planning to stay there for 2 nights but ended up staying 4 nights. The family is lovely and really welcoming. Family dinner was a lot of fun: karaoke and happy water ! Loved my stay there

When we arrived, they did not force us to use useless excursions and local guides. Perhaps because we only came for one night. PS: you can explore all the villages on your own if you follow the maps. There is parking for a motorcycle.

We came there during our motorcycle trip around the north of Vietnam. We were very tired as we wake up before sunrise. When we came in the evening to rest and sleep, we spent a very long time listening to the loud conversations of the family with their guests below. This house has absolutely no sound insulation. The family is not at all worried about your rest, allowing themselves to make noise late in the evening. Later they started singing karaoke with the music turned up at full volume. It was as if they were singing above my ear on the second floor. It was terribly unbearable; it was after 10 pm. When I informed the owner about our desire to sleep and asked him to stop making noise, I was offered - “if you don’t like it, just leave my house right now.” Seriously?! At night?! This is an indicator of the terrible attitude towards guests, they simply do not care. They only need to take your money. Think many times before coming there. There are plenty of other places around.

The family was super nice and helpful, we felt we're welcome here. The scenery was amazing, it was nice to wake up in a comfy bed to the view of the mountains.

It is a little far away ~ 30 mins from Sapa.

Friendly hosts, good cooks, nice terrace, nice garden, good view, you can buy food and water at the homestay and rent a moped, beds are clean and have quality sheets, there are many bathrooms

Bestest place. So kind owner. Very quite and relaxful place.

The place was very confortable, the hosts were lovely and we had a wonderful time. The food was great and even though the hosts didn't speak english very well they tried their best to speak with us and used a translator when needed. We were able to rent a motorbike from them and they booked us a wonderful trek with their traditional Hmong woman friend guide. We even had diner all together on our last night and did karaoke! We will definitely be back someday!
