Great location, great amount of space, clean, nice and warm, loved the bathroom especially, the WiFi works great and the tvs are the best tvs I've ever watched.

The beds weren't particularly comfy, one had the springs poking you and the other was really hard unfortunately and the sofas were broken but everything else was very good.

Location was great. Tv and internet facilities were spot on. Price was good. Heating was on when we arrived. Owner was great at communicating with me

Lack of furniture in the rooms . Small 2 seater couch bed , nowhere to sit in living room and the couch bed had hard bits of wood that wasn't suitable to sleep on.

Perfect location for our needs, off road parking, excellent value compared to hotel pricing.

We didn’t like anything about the property

It was unclean, it had a smell , it had damp and mould. The beds were awful , the decor was old and unkempt , the bathroom had no slip mats or bath mats and was very slippy, the kitchen had doors hanging off cupboards . The gardens were a mess . It stunk of cigarettes and damp . It ruined our whole experience and because I booked it I just feel awful on my friends .
