Do Not Book – Worst Experience, Property Is a Fraud Our stay at Casamares in Cabo Rojo, PR was the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. The property was in unacceptable condition — the pool was dirty, the kitchen was filthy, and overall cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard. Even worse, the person in charge of the property was completely unresponsive and never resolved any of the issues, despite multiple attempts to reach out. There was zero accountability. To make matters worse, Booking.com was no help at all. We contacted them expecting some level of support, but they refused to get involved or assist in any way to resolve the situation. Do not be fooled by the photos or description — this property is nothing like what’s advertised. It is a complete scam and should not be listed on Booking. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind — do not rent this property
USI like what the property offered. The rooms were comfortable pool and jacuzzi clean. It could use some updating thought. Loved having a pool table but it's missing some balls. So keeping up with what's offered is recommended. Beautiful though.
Just that better up keep with what's offered. If can't keep up with it then don't offer it.
