Overll the location is great so is the parking space.Plenty.

Hotel getting old.Need to upgrade.Inside room you press down the button to flash toilet and it wont come up.Need to repress No hand towel to wipe hands.Only provide bath towel only.

"Good hotel to rest but bad for your car"

The family room is good for the price comfortable enough for the 4 of us.

Don't check in here if you have your own car as the hotel don't provide hotel parking for you. The parking in the hotel is Public parking needing to buy parking coupon. The hotel don't sell the parking coupon the reception only tell you where to buy it which almost impossible to find being a foreigner. In another word "good luck" finding it. I wish the Hotel would have keep some coupon which we are willing to buy from them rather we have to hunt the whole of Sibu looking for it. So remember that if you want to stay there with your car... look for coupon first. No help for them.
