Location. Spacious. New. Quiet.

No lamps. No instructions for how to use the TV. Sofa and chairs uncomfortable. Single serve coffee maker but no reusable filter cups.

The townhouse looks exactly like the pictures on the website. The place was nice and clean, and I like the fact it was a new townhouse with updated appliances. I loved the keyless entry, it made access so much easier.

I didn't like that there was no shades or blinds for the back door. Also it's not located in Charlotte, it's actually in Mount Holly NC which is about 25-30 minutes from downtown Charlotte.

Love the location. A grocery store along with other places to patronize is literally in back of the condo. You can walk to them.

No curtains or blinds on window for patio door.
