Looks like it was recently renovated, very new and clean.

Tv was hard to use, but maybe that's just me. And no elevator to fourth floor.

Location was great, walking distance to everything. Close to the pier. Apartment was very nice

the 4 flights of stairs got a little tough sometimes

Location was perfect, very clean and comfortable

It was a fourth floor walk-up, unknown to me untill I got there, and I am 65. There was construction, loud, literally right below me and right next door.
