Guests pay a premium and the vehicles are parked outside the campus. You should consider giving a free car wash before handing the cars to the guests (of course with consent). This will be a huge goodwill to the property management.

Great property, serene and beautiful. Plenty of trees. Great food.

The check-in was delayed by more than 1 hour. The bathroom design is a bit strange.

The property.

Food - there was a lot of variety but taste was mediocre at best.

The property was good. well maintained and rooms were good. Maybe the woodwork was a little old, but still well maintained. The staff were courteous. The manager was friendly every time we went to the restaurant for breakfast/food etc. He made sure my son got what he wanted.

Given the size of the resort and the number of people, there could be more buggys to make inside transport quick. The tea/snacks in the evening looked a bit dull. No proper coffee machine to get a cappucino/latter - only filter coffee or tea. I think a resort should have good coffee machines during evening tea time too.
