shop lot located abit far from the place and very limited on what you can get. restaurant cafe grocery laundry considering a new develope area

We booked 3 nights in the 4 bedroom house with air conditioning as indicated in the listing. When we checked in, we were surprised to find out that 2 of the bedrooms do not have air conditioners installed. We called booking.com to cancel the booking as the listing was inaccurate n requested for a refund but was told that it would take 24 hours to respond. In the end, two of our friends moved to another unit. After more than 24 hours later, booking.com gave a 20% rebate to e wallet.

Had the welcoming feeling when entering the unit and enjoyed the coziness throughout the stay period. The basic amenities including hairdryer and iron set are rather complete. The responsive and friendly owner made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant.

Could use a scrub on the black spot at the bathroom sink. May need to have own transportation due to distance from shop and eateries.

Great location. Not to far from attractions point of desaru. Easy deal with owner.

The Fan quite dusty when switched on the dust flown every where. Not so good if person with sensitive to dust.
