"Poor experience. I am never ever booking this hotel for my stay."

When I reached the hotel after making my booking 2 days in advance, they said that they have already given my booked room to someone else. This was horrible experience for me and my family as we then have to book a different hotel and move their in scorching heat of islamabad. Extremely poor customer service. This hotel is not recommended for anyone. Very inhospitable and rude hotel staff.

The hotel staff was ill-manered and the overall managmenet was very poor
