AC and ok comfy bed

Told the receptionist ill be down in 5-7 minutes. I didnt have mobile data so i trusted he will be there. I wait for dude downstairs 10-15 min. Luckily his friend came to open the front door so i could get in, went upstairs and found a router to connect to. I thought maybe it took time because the guy was somewhere else but as soon as I send message he comes from upstairs. A tad more hospitality would go a long way

La cama es comoda, el encargado del hotel es muy atento

Muchos detalles que entorpecen la estadía. La luz del baño no funcionaba y la cerradura de la puerta estaba dañada. cada vez que iba a abrir mi habitación debía llamar al encargado para que me ayudara. Si bien es muy servicial la persona, muy poco práctico. Deben arreglar los detalles

The staff was super kind, we didn't like the room due to it was not very clean and toilets were old. The staff was so kind and let us cancel for free.

Sehr unsauber, TV defekt, Bettwäsche teils nicht gewaschen.

Keine war da an der Rezeption. Das Telefonnummer auf der Tür hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben 2 Stunden gewartet bis die Nachbarin uns endlich erklärt hat wo der Besitzer wohnt. Der Zimmer war schmutzig und vielen Sachen Kaputt
