The staff is very helpful. They even helped me print documents at no additional charge. The location is excellent. It's quiet and comfortable, and at the same time is walking distance from Pub Street and other tourist venues in central Siemreap.

We had to climb the stairs to the top floor (4th floor) as there are no elevators in the building. Overall, it's a small price to pay for the comfort you get. Elderly visitors and families with children may insist on lower floors if that's crucial for their comfort and wellbeing.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

There’s no elevator and we were first given a room on the 4th floor. It was difficult with the heat but the staff were great and moved us to a ground floor room the next morning which made everything easier.

Comfy bed, large rooms, staff were really helpful!

When I got to the room the previous guest had turned off the fridge and left some packaging inside which meant a puddle of water on the floor and not great ro have to clean the fridge myself

A perfect little oasis. Quiet, understated, totally wonderful. All facilities are available to help you unwind and relax. The Staff were amazing, respectful and so very helpful. I loved it so much I didn't want to leave. I plan to stay there again when I can.
